This policy explains how and when your br2nd order will reach you.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times (after processing)
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- North America: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
Many of our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses to keep prices low, so delivery times can vary by product and destination. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination. We frequently run free-shipping promotions — any applicable free shipping will be shown before you pay.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order any time on our Track Order page. Please allow a few days for tracking to update after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes applied once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll investigate.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.
