Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from br2nd. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

EU Right of Withdrawal (14 days) If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us through our Contact page with your order number before the 14-day period ends. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

30-Day Return Window In addition to your statutory rights, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will reply within 48 hours with step-by-step return instructions and the correct return address.
  3. Send the item back using a tracked service. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns sent without instructions may not be processed.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — you won't need to pay return shipping in these cases.

Non-Returnable Items For health and hygiene reasons, some items (such as in-ear headphones, personal care, and intimate products) cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are faulty. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received a refund after the stated period, please first check with your bank or payment provider, then contact us and we'll help resolve it.
